How do I track my order?
After we receive your order, you will receive a notification email at each step until we deliver your package to the courier company. You can track your package through this: ORDER TRACKING.
Do you offer free shipping?
Certainly! We provide free shipping for orders valued at LKR 10,000/- or more.
How much does shipping cost?
Each order incurs a flat shipping rate of LKR 380/-
How long will it take to receive my order after placing it?
Once we dispatch your order to the courier service, guaranteed delivery is expected within 2-3 days. Don’t worry, our customer service team will track and follow up until the package reaches you.
Are these authentic products?
Based on a survey we conducted in Sri Lanka, we found that many individuals face challenges affording authentic products due to economic constraints. However, we are pleased to bridge this gap for our customers by offering top quality, A-Grade products that closely resemble authentic ones, ensuring affordability without compromising quality

Which payment methods do we support?
We welcome payments through VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and various popular online payment methods. Additionally, you have the option to pay in convenient installments using KoKo and MintPay.
We also accept various cryptocurrencies and Direct Bank Transfers. Please be aware that we do not support Cash on Delivery as a payment method.
Is it possible to modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We regret to inform you that we do not accept cancellations and returns. If you have mistakenly placed the wrong item, please contact us before we dispatch the order from our warehouse.
How do I return my item?
It is very rare for customers to receive caps with manufacturer defects, as we thoroughly check multiple times at each stage before packaging the order. Returns are only considered in cases where a manufacturer’s defect is identified, and in such cases we won’t be refunding but only item exchanges are possible.
