Order Assurance
We conduct comprehensive checks at multiple stages before packaging orders, minimizing the likelihood of customers receiving caps with manufacturer defects. In the rare instance of a manufacturer’s defect, returns are only considered, and we offer item exchanges when the customer notifies us of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package.
For transparency, we do not offer refunds but provide product replacements instead. In rare cases where a customer does not agree to a replacement and the item is out of stock or cannot be restocked within two weeks, a refund will be issued. Refunds will only be processed through the original payment method used on the Lidsclub.lk website.

Easy Returns
Contact the courier company to initiate the return process. Upon returning the package, you can opt for an item exchange. Our customer service team is also available to assist you throughout the process if you have any questions or concerns.
